This Ceremony was organized to felicitate India's leading private educational institutions that have displayed exemplary excellence as education providers to the young generation of India. There is uncountable and variable opportunity in the field of design, development and manufacturing of electronic circuits. SARGE group took one step forward in this field and held a workshop on “DIPTRACE – A SOFTWARE FOR DESIGNING OF PCBs in SGI GROUP, Bhopal.

Students of electronics and telecommunications successfully attended the workshop and learnt how to design and develop various electronic circuits of industrial level. In this workshop theoretical and as well as practical hands on session conduct. Student design PCB circuit itself with the help of DIP TRACE.

Cultural Activities: Singing, Dancing, Skits, Co-curricular- Quiz Extempore, Model and Poster Completion. The Utsav was speeded over This workshop conducting with the collaboration with SARGE under IETE student chapter.

Bhopal. The traditional Annual Function of Sagar Institute of Research & Technology (SIRT), Sagar Utsav-2k12 was inaugurated with full zeal and enthusiasm today. The function began in a traditional manner with lighting of lamps and Saraswati Vandana followed by a welcome speech by Er. Sanjeev Agrawal, Chairman, SGI exhorted the students to develop healthy competitive sprit so as to excel in their career .He said that hallmark of success is discipline in life. The theme of this year function is Proud Nation take Care of Saving its daughter.

In the inaugural function Dr. Prashant Jain Executive Director of SGI Shri P.S. Rajput Group OSD, Dr. M Kumar, Dr. S.C. Bhageria and large number of students were present .During these three days function the students shall be competing in various academic cultural and sports events. This cultural Bonanza will witness multifarious activities like – Sports: Indoor- Carrom, Chess, Table Tennis & Outdoor- Badminton, Volleyball, Kho-Kho, and many other activities. Online computer game is one of the major attractions among the students.

All the three Institutes of SGI (SIRT, SIRT-S, & SIRT-E) constituted of forty seven students went on an educational tour to Chandigarh and Manali.

The students visited industries like HMT and Bhushan Power &Steel Industries in Chandigarh. During the visit they learned about the latest techniques used by such companies in HR, Marketing and Finance.

The students were accompanied by Prof Sheetal Singh, Prof. Akash Tiwari and Prof. Shlipa Bhatnagar.

Advisor MBA ,SGI Prof V.P. Singh advised the students to get more industry exposure so as to learn intricacies of the management. Chairman Er. Sanjeev Agarwal waived them best of their career.

भोपाल। निजी तकनीकी महाविद्यालयों में मध्यप्रदेद्गा की अग्रणी सागर समूह की संस्था सागर इंस्टीटयूट आफ रिसर्च एण्ड टेक्नॉलाजी-एक्सीलेंस (एस.आई.आर.टी.ई) की बेडमिन्टन टीम नोडल प्रतियोगिता में विजेता रही एवं संस्था के तीन छात्र देवम यादव, त्रुनाल पिडारी एवं लाल सूरज सिंह का आर.जी.पी.वी. नोडल बैडमिन्टन टूर्नामेन्ट प्रतियोगिता में चयन राज्य स्तरीय टीम के लिए चयन किया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त छात्र देवम यादव को केप्टन घोषित करते हुए उनके नेतृत्व में बेडमिन्टन टीम ग्वालियर में खेलने के लिए शीघ्र ही रवाना होगी। यह जानकारी संस्था के संचालक डॉ. राजीव श्रीवास्तव एवं खेल अधिकारी श्री आर.पी.सिंह ने दी। उन्होंने विजेता एवं चयनित छात्रों को बधाई दी।

भोपाल। सागर इंस्टीटयूट आफ रिसर्च टेक्नोलाजी एण्ड साईंस- फार्मेसी (एस.आई.आर.टी.एस.-फार्मेसी) में १७ नवम्बर से तीन दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय फार्मेसी सप्ताह मनाने की घोषणा विधिवत की गई। इस फामेर्ंसी सप्ताह में नेद्गानल लेवल के विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन जैसे पोस्टर प्रेजेन्टेद्गान, जागरूक रेली जिसमें गांव-गांव जाकर लोगों को बीमारियों के संबंध में जानकारी उपलब्ध कराना और छोटो-मोटे उपचारों को करने की विधि, गेस्ट लेक्चर आदि आयोजित करने की योजना है।

SIRT’s Volley Ball team won the Nodal Level women Volley Ball tournament. This nodal level Volley Ball tournament of RGPV was organized by LNCT on 18 & 19th October. In this tournament 32 woman teams of technical colleges participated. The best player award was also given to Ms. Yogita Malviya the meritorious student of SIRT. Other players of team were Preeti Nema, Neha Laheriya, Bhawna Barde, Sonali Jain, Surbhi Courasia, Akanksha Singh & Dharna Singhai. Er. Sanjeev Agrawal the chairman of SGI & Director Dr. S.C.Bhageria congratulated and honored all the winners for bringing pride to SIRT.

Bhopal. A Company of high repute Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) arranged campus drive at Sagar Institute of Research & Technology for its all three Institutions naming SIRT, SIRTS and SIRTE. After two days hard process 109 students of EC/CS/IT/EX/ME and MCA 2012 batch have been selected. The selection procedure involving on-line written test followed by Technical round, Managerial round and HR interviews.

HR Executive informed Dr. Prashant Jain Executive Director that the selected students will be offered annual package of Rs. 3.16 lakhs. Er. Sanjeev Agrawal Chairman SGI congratulated the selected students to bring laurels to the institution and parents. एसआईआरटी-ऐक्सीलेंस में पौधारोपण
भोपाल। एसआईआरटी ऐक्सीलेंस (एस.आई.आर.टी.एस.) में भारतीय मूल के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय खयाति प्राप्त कम्प्यूटर क्षेत्र के अग्रणी लेखक एवं इंटरप्रेनेयोर श्री यद्गावंत कानितकर एवं माइक्रोसाफ्‌ट इनकार्पोरेद्गान में वर्षों से कार्य करने वाले श्री असंग दानी के महत्वपूर्ण व्याखयानों को आयोजित किया गया। व्याखयान एसआईआरटी ऐक्सीलेंस कॉलेज द्वारा आयोजित सेमिनार 'बेक टू द फ्‌यूचर' पर दिये गये। सेमिनार में भोपाल के अधिकांद्गा इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेजों से लगभग दो हजार विघार्थियों ने भाग लिया। श्री कानितकर ने 'सी प्रोग्रामिंग लैंग्वेज' के महत्व एवं उपयोगिताओं को समझाते हुए छात्रों को अनेक गूढ़ विषयों पर जानकारी प्रदान की, जो अन्य किसी माध्यम से लेना संभव नहीं है। श्री असंग दानी ने छात्रों को मोबाइल हैंडसेट की प्रोग्रामिंग को अत्यंत सरल ढंग से समझाते हुए छात्रों को ये विद्गवास दिलाया कि यहां के इंजीनियरिंग के छात्र ऐसे क्लिष्ट विषयों को सीखकर पूरी दुनिया में अपने संस्थान एवं खुद का नाम रोद्गान कर सकते हैं। छात्रों की विद्गोष मांग एवं उनके उत्साह को देखते हुए श्री कानितकर ने अपने व्याखयान को एक घंटे अतिरिक्त बढ ा दिया। अंत में छात्रों की प्रद्गनावली के साथ श्री कानितकर ने यह विद्गवास दिलाया कि इस समय कम्प्यूटर साइंस एवं इनफॉरमेंद्गान टेक्नॉलाजी दोनों ब्रांचेज दुनिया में अभी भी नंबर १ पर कायम है। एवं उन्होंने यह आव्हान किया कि ज्यादा से ज्यादा छात्रों को कम्प्यूटर साइंस एवं इनफॉरमेंद्गान टेक्नॉलाजी जैसी बं्राच में अध्ययन करना नितांत आवद्गयक है। कार्यक्रम के प्रारंभ में गु्रप के चैयरमेन इंजीनियर श्री संजीव अग्रवाल ने श्री यद्गावंत कानितकर एवं असंग दानी का स्वागत किया एवं अंत में आभार व्यक्त करते हुए इसे एसआरआईटी-ऐक्सीलेंस कॉलेज के इतिहास में इसे महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि बताया।

भोपाल। एसआईआरटी-ऐक्सीलेंस कॉलेज में एस्सार ग्रुप ऐजिस लि. भोपाल के तत्वाधान में पौधारोपण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम को सागर समूह के सभी सदस्यों एवं एस्सार ग्रुप ऐजिस लि. भोपाल के सदस्यों ने 'गो ग्रीन' योजना के तहत आयोजित किया। पर्यावरण बचाओ अभियान के तहत जागरूकता प्राप्त करने के लिये बड़ी संखया में छात्रों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। पौधारोपण का कार्य संस्था में पूर्व में भी नियमित रूप से आयोजित किया जाता रहा है यही नहीं सागर समूह के वयोवृद्ध सदस्य श्री एस.के. अग्रवाल बाबूजी के सौजन्य एवं मार्गदर्द्गान में पूर्व में भी पौधारोपण कार्यक्रम वृहद स्तर पर आयोजित किये जाते रहे हैं। कालान्तर में यही पौधे छायादार और फलदार वृक्षों का रूप लेकर प्रदूषण नियंत्रण कर पर्यावरण संरक्षण में उपयोगी होंगे। कार्यक्रम में समूह प्रमुख इंजीनियर संजीव अग्रवाल ने पौधरोपण के महत्व को बताते हुए सभी को संबोधित किया। कार्यक्रम में एक्सक्यिूटिव डायरेक्टर डा.ॅ प्रद्गाांत जैन, गु्रप ओएसडी श्री पी.एस. राजपूत, सीनियर ग्रुप एडमिनिस्ट्रेटिव आफीसर सत्यम तायल, स्पोर्ट आफीसर आर.पी.सिंह एवं संस्था के संचालक तथा समस्त प्राध्यापक गण एवं एस्सार ग्रुप ऐजिस लि. भोपाल के सेन्टर हेड श्री आदित्य आनंद, एच.आर. हेड श्री प्रतीक पाराद्गार एवं ऐरिया मैनेजर श्री के.व्ही. रामाकृष्णा स्वामी उपस्थित थे। कार्यक्रम में छात्र छात्राओं ने उत्साह दिखाते हुए पौधरोपण को अपनी नैतिक जिम्मेदारी मानते हुए पर्यावरण संरक्षण का संकल्प लिया।

Teachers Training Programe Conducted at SIRTS
In the college Sagar Institute of Research, Technology & Science (SIRTS) the Mission 10X was organised in which Teacher's Training Program was conducted. Mr. K. Murlidhar and Ms. Shayla Tooli had motivated the faculties by their techniques of teaching. The programme was organized by WIPRO from 29th August to 2nd September 2011. The faculty members, who had participated in the Mission 10X was really achieved boon from the trainers.

मिद्गान १० कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न भोपाल। सागर इंस्टीटयूट आफ रिसर्च, टेक्नोलाजी एण्ड साईंस में विगत दिनांक २९ अगस्त से ०२ सितम्बर तक पांच दिवसीय टीचर्स ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम सम्पन्न हुआ। कम्प्यूटर साफटवेयर के क्षेत्र की विद्गव प्रसिद्ध अग्रणी कंपनी विप्रो द्वारा यह प्रोग्राम प्रायोजित किया गया था जिसमें सागर समूह के ५२ द्गिाक्षकों ने इस कार्यक्रम में भाग लिया और द्गिाक्षा की नवीन पद्धतियों की जानकारी ली। यह कार्यक्रम विप्रो के के. मुरलीधरण एवं कुमारी स्याल टोली के नेतृत्व में सम्पन्न हुआ। इस कार्यक्रम को पूर्व में राजीव गांधी प्रोद्योगिकी विद्गवविद्यालय द्वारा विप्रो के ही सौजन्य से प्रायोजित किया गया था निजी तकनीकी संस्थाओं में एस.आई.आर.टी.एस. ही मात्र एक ऐसी संस्था थी जिसे विप्रो ने इस कार्यक्रम को सम्पन्न कराने के लिए चयनित किया।

भोपाल। सागर इंस्टीटयूट आफ रिसर्च एण्ड टेक्नोलाजी (एस.आई.आर.टी.) की सभी ब्रांचों की सीटें शतप्रतिद्गात भरी जाने के उपरांत छात्रों की अच्छी रिपोर्टिंग हुई। एस.आई.आर.टी. के विद्गााल अनुभवानंद आडिटोरियम में प्रथम वर्ष के छात्रों का ओरिएंटेद्गान कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। आज से २०११-१२ के प्रथम सत्र की कक्षाएं शुरू कर दी गई हैं। इस कार्यक्रम में नवप्रवेद्गिात छात्रों के अतिरिक्त उनके पालकों एवं माता-पिताओं को भी आमंत्रित किया गया था। भव्य कार्यक्रम में छात्रों और उनके माता-पिताओं की विद्गााल उपस्थिति से यह अनुमान लगाया जा सकता है कि छात्रों और उनके माता-पिताओं ने एस.आई.आर.टी. ही नहीं सागर समूह में अपना विद्गवास जताया है। कार्यक्रम में एस.आई.आर.टी. के संचालक डॉ. एस.सी. भगेरिया ने उपस्थित नवप्रवेद्गिात छात्रों को संस्था की रूप रेखा, संस्था की भावी योजनाएं एवं प्लेसमेंट से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियां उपब्ध कराई यही नहीं छात्रों को संस्था के टी.जी. सिस्टम के बारे में तथा प्रथम वर्ष की फैकल्टी एवं ब्रांचों के हेड से परिचय कराया। छात्रों को संबोधित करते हुए संस्था के चेयरमेन इंजी. संजीव अग्रवाल ने छात्रों के पालकों एवं माता-पिताओं का स्वागत किया और उन्हें धन्यवाद दिया कि उन्होंने संस्था में अपना विद्गवास जताया तथा उनसे यह भी वादा किया इन पांच वर्षो में वे उनके बच्चों को एक अच्छा इंसान ही नहीं एक अच्छा इंजीनियर बनाने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास करेगें। संस्था की विभिन्न गतिविधियां जिनमें रिसर्च, प्लेसमेंट की जानकारी देते हुए छात्रों को मेहनत और लगन से पढ़ने की सलाह दी।

कार्यक्रम को संस्था के ग्रुप एग्जीक्यूटिव डायरेक्टर डॉ. प्रद्गाांत जैन, ग्रुप को-आर्डिनेटर डॉ. श्रीहरि अग्रवाल, डॉ. कुमार, प्रो. मुडैया डीन एवं ग्रुप ओ.एस.डी. ने भी संबोधित किया। अंत में बेसिक साईंस के एच.ओ.डी. डॉ. मनोज शर्मा ने छात्रों को उपस्थित पालकों एवं उनके माता पिताओं को धन्यवाद प्रेषित किया। तदुपरांत सभी टी.जी. ने अपने अपने ब्रांच के छात्रों को उनकी कक्षाएं, लेब एवं लाईब्रेरी आदि में भ्रमण कराया।

भोपाल। सागर इंस्टीटयूट आफ रिसर्च एण्ड टेक्नोलाजी ;एस.आई.आर.टी.द्ध में पिछले दो सप्ताहों में मैनेजमेंट ;एम.बी.ए.द्ध एवं फार्मेसी के छात्रों के लिए विभिन्न कंपनियों के केम्पस का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें एम.बी.ए. के छात्रों के लिए आईडिया ३जी, एच.डी.एफ.सी., रिलाईन्स एच.आर सर्विस, डी.एन.ए. इन्फोलाईन, कार्बी स्टाक ब्रोकिंग, टिकोना, एल. एण्ड टी. फाईनेन्स, शापर स्टाप, आई.सी.आई.सी.आई., बैंक आफ अमेरिका एवं विग्रो साफ्‌ट जैसी मल्टीनेद्गानल एवं नेद्गानल लेवल की कंपनियों आई। इन कंपनियों में सागर समूह के एस.आई.आर.टी., एस.आई.आर.टी.एस. एवं एस.आई.आर.टी.ई. के एम.बी.ए. के ५७ छात्रों को कंपनियों ने अंतिम रूप से चयन कर आफर लेटर सौपें कुछ कंपनियों जैसे शापर स्टाप, आई.सी.आई.सी.आई.,एवं विर्गो साफ्‌ट की ओर से चयनित छात्रों की सूची अभी प्राप्त नहीं हुई है। सागर समूह के टे्‌निंग प्लेसमेंट अधिकारी प्रो. मनीष सांवले ने बताया कि वर्ष २०११ में एम.बी.ए. के पास आउट होने वाले छात्रों के लिए यह कंेंपस आयोजित किया गया था जिसमें से लगभग १२० छात्रों का विभिन्न कंपनियों में आज तक चयन हो चुका है। इसी प्रकार फार्मेसी के छात्रों के लिए दवाई निर्माण के क्षेत्र की मल्टीनेद्गानल कंपनी डॉ. रेड्‌डी, टंसएद्गिाया, इन्विदा एवं मेनकाईन्ड जैसी प्रमुख कंपनियों में भी एस.आई.आर.टी. के १२ छात्रों का अंतिम रूप से चयन हो चुका है तथा कुछ कंपनियों की ओर से अंतिम चयन सूची प्राप्त नहीं हुई है। मैनेजमेंट एवं फार्मेसी के छात्रों का विभिन्न कंपनियों में चयन होने पर सागर समूह प्रमुख इंजी. संजीव अग्रवाल एवं एग्जीक्यूटिव डायरेक्टर डॉ. प्रद्गाांत जैन ने चयनित छात्रों को बधाई दी और अपने संदेद्गा में कहा कि एम.बी.ए. के छात्रों के लिए इस माह के अंत तक और भी राष्ट्‌ीय एवं अंर्तराष्ट्‌ीय स्तर की कंपनियों के आने की संभावना है।

Preamble
Nanoelectronics is nanotechnology applied in the context of electronic circuits and systems. There are several perspectives to the concept of nanoelectronics.

• One is the fact that the nanoscale dimensions of nanoelectronic components allow for systems of giga-scale complexity measured in terms of component on a chip or in a package. This scaling feature and the road to giga-scale systems can be described as the ‘More Moore’ domain of development;
• Another is that nanotechnology is very diverse and allows the integration of purely electronic devices with mechanical devices, bio-devices, chemical devices, etc. Also, digital systems can be combined with analog/RF circuits. This technology fusion can be described as the ‘More than Moore’ domain of development; and
• A third is that traditional scaling limits in standard CMOS technology are reached during the next decade, calling for fundamentally new nanoscale electronic devices. This development of nanoelectronic components can be denoted the ‘Beyond CMOS’ domain of development.

भोपाल। सागर इंस्टीट्‌यूट ऑफ रिसर्च एण्ड टेक्नोलॉजी (एस.आई.आर.टी.) में दो दिवसीय उद्‌घोष-२०११ का भव्य समापन हुआ। इन्फोरमेद्गान एण्ड टेक्नोलाजी विभाग द्वारा आयोजित दो दिवसीय तकनीकी कार्यक्रम में अनेकों कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये गये जिसमें रोबोट प्रदर्द्गान (रोबो वार), पोस्टर मेकिंग, कम्प्यूटर गेमिंग, क्वीज, बिजनेस प्लान आदि प्रमुख थे। दो दिवसीय उद्‌घोष-११ प्रतियोगिता में एल.एन.सी.टी., टी.आई.टी., ओरिएंन्टल, एन.आर.आई, बंद्गाल, राधारमन आदि भोपाल के निजी तकनीकी महाविद्यालयों तथा शासकीय तकनीकी महाविद्यालयों के छात्रों ने भाग लिया और लगभग १५०० से भी अधिक छात्र उपस्थित थे।

दो दिवसीय विभिन्न तकनीकी प्रतियोगिताओं में छात्रों का मुखय आकर्षण का केन्द्र रहा रोबो वार जिसमें विभिन्न तकनीकी महाविद्यालयों के छात्रों द्वारा बनाये गये रोबोटों को चलाकर प्रदद्गर्िात किया गया। रोबोटों की लड़ाई मुखय आकर्षण का केन्द्र रही। इस प्रतियोगिता में एस.आई.आर.टी. के छात्रों द्वारा बनाये गये रोबोटों ने बाजी मारी जिसमें गौरव मिश्रा को प्रथम पुरस्कार मिला वहीं बिजनेस प्लानिंग में राधारमन कालेज के छात्र कुनाल चौधरी को प्रथम स्थान मिला और टेक्नीकल प्रेजेन्टेद्गान में टी.आई.टी. की छात्रा कुमारी द्गिावली यादव को प्रथम स्थान मिला।

एस.आई.आर.टी. के आई.टी. विभाग के विभागाध्यक्ष प्रो. राजीव सक्सेना ने जानकारी दी छात्रों ने बड़े उत्साह से दो दिवसीय कार्यक्रम में विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं में बढ -चढ कर हिस्सा लिया और इस दौरान छात्रों के लिए विद्गोष व्याखयान का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें माखन लाल चतुर्वेदी विद्गवविद्यालय के कम्प्युटर साईंस विभाग के विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. सी.पी. अग्रवाल ने छात्रों को तकनीकी जानकारी दी वहीं फ्रेमबाक्स कंपनी के विद्गोषज्ञों द्वारा छात्रों को एनीमेद्गान विषय पर जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई। संस्था के डायरेक्टर डॉ. एस.सी.भगेरिया और ग्रुप को-आर्डिनेटर डॉ. श्रीहरि अग्रवाल एवं डॉ. एम.कुमार ने कार्यक्रम के सफल आयोजन के लिए आई.टी. विभाग के सभी द्गिाक्षकों को बधाई दी और विजेता छात्रों को पुरस्कार प्रदान किये।

भोपाल। सागर इंस्टीट्‌यूट ऑफ रिसर्च एण्ड टेक्नोलॉजी (एस.आई.आर.टी.) के तीन छात्रों को राजीव गांधी प्रोद्योगिकी विद्गवविद्यालय (आर.जी.पी.व्ही.) ने मेरिट में आने के लिए चांसलर अवार्ड से सम्मानित किया गया। राजीव गांधी प्रोद्योगिकी विद्गवविद्यालय द्वारा राज भवन में आयोजित एक भव्य समारोह के दौरान विभिन्न तकनीकी महाविद्यालयों के छात्रों को मेरिट में अव्वल के लिए समानित करता है और ऐसे छात्रों को मेरिट प्रमाण पत्र, रूपये पन्द्रह हजार का चेक पुरस्कार के रूप में प्रदान किये गये। आर.जी.पी.व्ही.प्रतिवर्ष ऐसे छात्रों को यह अवार्ड प्रतिवर्ष प्रदान करती है जिन्होंने विद्गविद्यालय में थ्यौरी में अव्वल नम्बर प्राप्त किए हों।

इस वर्ष चांसलर स्कॉलरद्गिाप अवार्ड की सूची में एस.आई.आर.टी. के तीन छात्रों इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स ब्रांच के निर्णय गुप्ता चौथे सेमेस्टर को प्रथम एवं इसी ब्रांच की द्वितीय सेमेस्टर की पूजा कुद्गवाहा को द्वितीय स्थान प्राप्त हुआ। इसके साथ ही इलेक्ट्रीकल ब्रांच की द्वितीय सेमेस्टर की सोफिया बानो को प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त हुआ है। सागर समूह प्रमुख इंजी. संजीव अग्रवाल, संस्था के डायरेक्टर डॉ. एस.सी. भगेरिया, ग्रुप को-आर्डिनेटर (एकाडमिक) डॉ. एम.कुमार तथा इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स ब्रांच के प्रमुख डॉ. अखिलेख आर. उपाध्याय ने अवार्डी छात्रों को बधाई दी।

Blood simple circuitry for cyborgs
Simplifying cyborg circuitry using human blood

Could electronic components made from human blood be the key to creating cyborg interfaces? Circuitry that links human tissues and nerve cells directly to an electronic device, such as a robotic limb or artificial eye might one day be possible thanks to the development of biological components.

Writing in the International Journal of Medical Engineering and Informatics, a team in India describes how a "memristor" can be made using human blood. Memristors were a theoretical electronic component first suggested in 1971 by Berkeley electrical engineer Leon Chua and finally developed in the laboratory by scientists at Hewlett Packard using titanium dioxide in 2008. A memristor is a passive device, like a resistor, with two terminals but rather than having a fixed electrical resistance, its ability to carry a current changes depending on the voltage applied previously; it retains a memory of the current, in other words.

There are countless patents linking the development of memristors to applications in programmable logic circuits, as components of future transistors, in signal processing and in neural networks. S.P. Kosta of the Education Campus Changa in Gujarat and colleagues have now explored the possibility of creating a liquid memristor from human blood. In parallel work they are investigating diodes and capacitors composed of liquid human tissues.

They constructed the laboratory-based biological memristor using a 10 ml test tube filled with human blood held at 37 Celsius into which two electrodes are inserted; appropriate measuring instrumentation was attached. The experimental memristor shows that resistance varies with applied voltage polarity and magnitude and this memory effect is sustained for at least five minutes in the device.

Having demonstrated memristor behavior in blood, the next step was to test that the same behavior would be observed in a device through which blood is flowing. This step was also successful. The next stage will be to develop a micro-channel version of the flow memristor device and to integrate several to carry out particular logic functions. This research is still a long way from an electronic to biological interface, but bodes well for the development of such devices in the future.

Earlier the students were short listed through a written test. The delegates of Syntel admired the state of art infrastructure of SIRT. Chairman of Sagar Group of Institutions Er. Aspirants will have to appear in Technical interviews, having qualified that they would face Personal Interviews. This campaign would continue on 5th, 6th & 7th of Feb. भोपाल। एस.आई.आर.टी.एस. में एक दिवसीय वर्कशाप का आयोजन किया गया। रिसर्च पेपर की आवश्यकता पर आधारित यह एक दिवसीय वर्कशाप के आयोजन के लिए मुख्य अतिथि डॉ. टी.के. बन्धोपाध्याय ने कार्यक्रम का द्याुभारंभ किया। इस अवसर पर विदिशा के डॉ. आर.डी. अग्रवाल विशेच्च प्रवक्ता के प में उपस्थित थे। '' द्याोधपन्न क्यों लिखा जाये '' इस विच्चय पर विव्दानों ने अपने अपने मत व्यक्त किये। द्याोधपन्न की वर्तमान आवश्यकता पर प्रकाश डालते हुए मुख्य अतिथि तथा विशेच्च अतिथि ने बताया कि द्याोध पन्न से विव्दानों के विचारों को संकलित किया जाकर नई नई जानकारियों की प्राप्ति होती है। शिक्षा के क्षेन्न से जुङे हुए विव्दानों द्याोधपन्नों के माध्यम से जो जानकारियां प्राप्त करते हैं उन्हें वे छान्नों तक पहुंचाने के लिए सशक्त माध्यम होते हैं। विच्चय पर अन्य विव्दानों डॉ. श्रीहरि अग्रवाल, डॉ. व्ही.पी. सक्सेना, डॉ. एस.सी. भगेरिया. डॉ. सुरेन्द्र जैन, डॉ. अखिलेश उपाध्याय, आईपर कालेज के डायरेक्टर डॉ. अमरजीत सिंह खालसा आदि ने भी अपने अपने मत व्यक्त किये। लगभग १५० से भी अधिक शिक्षकों ने भाग लिया।

इंजी. संजीव अग्रवाल ने अपने वक्तव्य में उपस्थित विव्दानों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि आज वर्तमान युग में द्याोधार्थियों को द्याोधपन्न की आवश्यकता है नई नई खोजों और अविच्च्कारों के लिए द्याोधों को संकलित किया जाकर जानकारियां प्राप्त की जा सकती है तथा अपने आप को जानकारियों से अपडेट करने का द्याोधपन्न एक सशक्त माध्यम है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि एस.आई.आर.टी. का रिसर्च जनरल की तैयारियां पूर्ण हो चुकी है और द्याीघ्र ही प्रकाशित होने वाला है जिसमें देश विदेशों के विव्दानों के लेखों का समावेश होगा। कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित विव्दानों का स्वागत एस.आई.आर.टी.एस. के डायरेक्टर डॉ. व्ही.पी. सक्सेना ने किया और विच्चय की महत्ता को अपने वक्तव्य के माध्यम से सम।ाया। कार्यक्रम के समापन के अवसर पर धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव संस्था के प्राचार्य डॉ. एन.के. अग्रवाल ने दिया।

भोपाल। सागर इंस्टीटयूट आफ रिसर्च एण्ड टेक्नोलाजी (एस.आई.आर.टी.) फार्मेसी में दिनांक १८ नवम्बर से २० नवम्बर तक तीन दिवसीय राच्च्ट्रीय फार्मेसी सप्ताह मनाया जा रहा है। तीन दिवसीय राच्च्ट्रीय फार्मेसी सप्ताह के अंतर्गत अनेक कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये गये जिसमें प्रमुखतः फार्मेसी जागक केम्प, वृक्षारोपण, गेस्ट लेक्चर, क्वीज कोन्टेस्ट, वन भोज आदि।

कार्यक्रम का उद्‌घाटन बरकतउल्ला विश्वविधालय के फार्मेसी विभाग के प्रमुख डॉ. अनुपम पाठक ने किया। मुख्य अतिथि डॉ. पाठक ने छान्नों को संबोधित करते हुए पढ.ाई के साथ साथ रचनात्मक कार्यक्रमों में भी भाग लेने पर जोर दिया और कहा कि इस तरह की रचनात्मक गतिविधियों से छान्नों को तरह तरह की जानकारियां प्राप्त होती है। वहीं सागर समूह के प्रमुख इंजी. संजीव अग्रवाल ने फार्मेसी विभाग की नवनिर्मित इन्स्ट्रूमेंटेशन लेबोरेटरी का उद्‌घाटन किया। फार्मेसी विभाग के डायरेक्टर डॉ. सुरेन्द्र जैन ने जानकारी दी कि नवनिर्मित लेबोरेटरी में आधुनिक यंन्नों यथा एफ.टी.आर., लाईफाईजर, स्टेबिलिटी चेम्बर आदि मशीनों को विदेशों से मंगाया जाकर लेबोरेटरी को आधुनिक बनाया गया है। उन्होंने यह भी जानकारी दी कि १८ नवम्बर को छान्नों को इंडस्ट्रीयल विजित पर विंध्या हर्बल, मेपकोस्ट, मेपकोस्ट बायोटेक डिवीजन ओबेदुल्लागंज एवं मानव संग्रहालय ले जाया गया था।

कार्यक्रम के प्रथम चरण में गेस्ट लेक्टर के लिए मन्दसौर नाहटा कालेज फार्मेसी की प्रो. डॉ. अनुरेखा जैन एवं मध्यप्रदेश द्याासन ड्रग विभाग के रिटायर्ड एस.डी.आई. डॉ. डी. के. एलेक्जेंडर को आमंन्नित किया गया जिन्होंने महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियां छान्नों को उपलब्ध कराई। कार्यक्रम में प्राचार्यगण डॉ. जितेन्द्र बनवीर, डॉ. आर.बी. गोस्वामी के अतिरिक्त वरिच्च्ठ प्रोफेसर्स एवं छान्नगण बड ी संख्या में उपस्थित थे।

भोपाल। सागर इंस्टीटयूट आफ रिसर्च एण्ड टेक्नोलाजी (एस.आई.आर.टी.) मैनेजमेंट के प्रथम वर्च्च के छान्न जी.ई.आई. इंडस्ट्री में औधोगिक भ्रमण पर गये। प्रो. विजय करमरकर, प्रो. नीलम रावत एवं प्रो. लक्ष्मी सहजवानी के मार्गदर्शन में प्रदेश की अग्रणी कंपनी में मैनेजमेंट विभाग के प्रथम वर्च्च के छान्नों ने औधोगिक भ्रमण किया। प्रो. विजय करमरकर ने बताया कि भ्रमण के दौरान छान्नों ने इंडस्ट्री के प्रोडक्शन विभाग, मार्केटिंग विभाग एवं एच.आर. पोलिसी के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त की।

सागर समूह के डॉ. प्रशांत जैन एग्जीक्यूटिव डायरेक्टर ने छान्नों को सफल भ्रमण के लिए बधाई दी और यह भी बताया कि द्याीघ्र ही छान्नों को प्रदेश से बाहर भी अंर्तराच्च्ट्रीय स्तर की औधोगिक इकाईयों में भ्रमण के लिए ले जाया जायेगा जिससे छान्नों को नई जानकारियां प्राप्त हों।

MBA Students Visit GEI

Bhopal. To create industry institute interface an industrial visit to GEI Industries was organized for the students of MBA Ist Semester of Sagar Institute of Research and Technology (SIRT). The students team was received by the HR Manager and he told in detail about the production, marketing strategies and HR policies of the organization. The students were taken in and around the factory to tell about the production process. The prepared a report abut it. Students were accompanied by Prof. Vijay Karmarkar, Ms. Lakshmi Sahajwani and Ms. Neelam Rawat.
